Panoramic Views from 127 Meters Above the Ground
Visitors can reach the observation hall in approximately 75 seconds using a glass-enclosed sightseeing elevator. The changing scenery can already be enjoyed during the ride as the elevator rises high above the city.
The entire 32nd-floor observation area is free to enter. During the daytime, visitors can look across the extensive Kanto Plain and see the famous Jomo Sanzan—Mount Akagi, Mount Haruna, and Mount Myogi—along with other mountains in Gunma Prefecture.
On clear days, the view stretches far into the distance, offering an impressive sense of the scale and natural beauty of Gunma. After dark, the observation hall takes on a completely different atmosphere as the lights of Maebashi spread out below. The illuminated Gunma Ohashi Bridge across the Tone River and the historic Gunma Kaikan create distinctive points of light within the cityscape.

Observation Lounge and Restaurants on the 31st Floor
The 31st floor includes an observation lounge and several dining options. These include the Japanese restaurant Kuromatsu, the European-style restaurant Vol de Cygne, and GINGHAM, a market and kitchen space located on the east side.
Visitors can enjoy meals while taking in the panoramic scenery from high above Maebashi. During the day, the restaurants offer bright views of the surrounding landscape, while at night the city lights create an elegant backdrop.

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays: 9:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
The free observation hall is easy to visit at different times of day. Visitors can enjoy the scenery during daytime sightseeing or stop by in the evening to see Maebashi illuminated after dark.
